wELL today was a god damn tired day for me. Well basically i went to sch 1st lesson was actually PCA then it was change to BIO SCIENCE 2 due to My CA is sick.   Hi Everyone been quite sometimes i never update my blog. Currently not in the mood to update cause My Fav BIO-SCIENCE Teacher aka My God-Father (Mr Raj) just pass away on Tuesday due to Heart Attack. So today after 2 lesson in sch i ask my CA (Class Advisor) permission that i HAVE TO SEE HIM for the last time. Basically today after BREAK i met my 0601 Batch n all of them are going to Mr Raj's house. We took Bus No. 969 from Tampines Int then alight at Yishun, then took Bus No. 811 to his house... I saw all my friends & teachers all were there...Then we all have to walk around him to PAY OUR LAST RESPECT. When everyone have make their turns, ONE by ONE people are crying including me. Till Ms Gwee call me & ask to sit next to her. She sayMs Gwee: How are you? Me: okay, just feel so sudden his GONE Ms Gwee: We are also shock when we heard the news. When was the last time u met him? Me: It was on Monday at Technical Block 1st storey, When i saw him i quickly run away from him then when he call me i go to him. He say Mr Raj: Sufiyan COME HERE... Me: Cher, I got Landyard, with Black Shoes & Black Socks arh.. (alamak what u want cher) Mr Raj: How are you now, feeling better? Me: okay2 lah, Cher Now I'm the Class ChairPerson for JR0604B u know.. Mr Raj: Wow good arh. Take Care of Yourself arh Me: Okay Mr Raj... bye Cher Me: That was what happen on Monday. Ms Gwee: At least u got to meet him before he go right? Me: Ya but i haven't say Thank You for being the 1st PERSON as in the Teacher to come & see me at CGH during that time he came when i was in A&E & I got this Picture me & him together during Nurse's Day. Ms Gwee: Have u given to him? ME: I gave it to his Sister... The Picture u guys see above is Mr Raj & Myself during Nurse's Day... Mr Raj was a Very Good Teacher who love to CRACK Joke, Teaches u until u understand the topic, Fun, LOVING Teacher i can say. Last but not least without him giving me scolding becoz of this & that. I won't be in Nursing right now. THANK YOU VERY MUCH Mr RAJ for being My Mentor/Teacher/God-Father & i will keep the Picture with me for Memories & Thank You for being the 1st Teacher to visit me during my accident in January. Cik Tipah is my jiran Lama kat blk 898A dulu... I use to live that blk but now dah jadi 400+. Pergi Woodland dgn Family Pak Wing... then mkn..minum semua.. then mcm boring jer kan.. Aper lagi.. Kite nyanyi satu lagu arh.. Guess what is the Song title... This song i have SANG before last year during Nurse's Day...Korang tau tak.. Kalau korg ckp "Radja - Takkan Melupakanmu"... U guys are RIGHT... 10 points utk korg... Then lepas tu.. Meet my Sister Lurb at Tampines Lib... tgk Frenster jap..then Meet My Mirc Fren Yanti.. hehehe.. bebual biasa jer.. Then tk ada pape plan nk bus gi int dgn Sister Lurb then to Ghufran... Skali ternampak Ustaz Ahmad n Abg Asrul then dorg ajak gi IT FAIR kat Suntec City... hehehe aper lagi Join arh.. bye2 Sister Lurb ku... Jalan2 kat sana Dorg beli Macam2 seh tk leh CARRY... then jalan kat Marina Square lak... TERUS semua macam lapar gitu.. Aper lagi gi Beach Road arh.. Makan Sup TULANG..hehehe semua makan best2 then Macam Boring gitu.. aper lagi amik Gambar arh.. Finally when to Tampines Polyclinic to ReTake my ECG Test again. Datang kul 2pm gitu amik no. then teruk gi 2nd Floor terjumpe Cik Zainon. Aper lagi terus mintak Cik Zainon tlg arh.. Then ckp i nk amik ECG semua.. Cik Zainon tlg i lepas tu terus gi jumpe Doctor Poon... Dpt tau Doctor Poon suruh gi amik ECG dulu then jumpe dier... Gi Room 13 amik ECG. Then jumpe Doctor Poon balik... So dier tgk n baca lah aper yg patut gitu. Doctor Poon ckp.. 'Ur ECG TEST okay everything Normal nothing wrong'... Woooh Alhamdulillah tk ada aper2... Tapi aku tetap nk tau knp time kat skolah amik ECG ada Abnormality seh.. Dier ckp "Sat u go & take the Potassium test" aper lagi then ckp okay jer lah... So Saturday then amik LAST TEST.. Kalau okay.. I'm a FIT Guy.. Kalau tk I'm a Penyakit Guy... Doa Doa Semua okay tau U ALL.... Terima Kasih

1st lesson was PCA at T06-29... Everyone was present except Suhana but get to know she got her Performance thats y she can't join us for Morning Class... okay then Mdm Woo tell everyone to Select for Newly Class ChairPerson, Vic, Treasurer & Cleaning Rep... So the Name mention was Sha2, Ivy, Mei-Lin, Myself, Jun Jie. Then Mdm Woo ask for The Votes for every 5 Particapants BUT can only vote once.... Get to know Me & Jun Jie are tie. So now Vote for ChairPerson among the both of us... The Vote say...say...say...say... SUFIYAN is the ChairPerson of JR0601D.. Happy giler seh dpt tau I'm the ChairPerson as for Jun Jie, he'll be the Vice-ChairPerson. Ivy as Treasurer, Mei-Lin as Welfare Officer & Sha2 as Cleaning Rep.. Congrats to All.. 1st class was Theory & 2nd class was Practical of PCA... We learn abt ECG.. How to use in etc.. Then it was divide to 2 Groups to learn & someone have to be the Patient... Shaifuddin was the 1st person act as the patient to be tested using ECG.. Hmmm i never see the Result but they say okay... 2nd patient was me. Being a patient for ECG is not good do u know why.. Cause u have the Strip Half Naked so they can Check Ur Heart area... The Result is out then I was happy 1st time i was ECG then read my own Result. hehehe... What make feel SHOCK was i get to know.. I have Hyperkalemia!!! & it say abnormality Ivy was the want who ask me why my reading i got Hyperkalemia. I ask Mdm Woo why like this then she ask me to go to PolyClinic tmr to CHECK-UP just to be confirm... I WAS LIKE DAMN SHOCK & SAD seh... Hyperkalemia can cause HEART ATTACK seh... I'm only like going 20yrs old this year... Haiz masih muda lagi seh... k k lah tmr gi Polyclinic & ReTake ECG again... Update again tmrDoa kan tk ada pape... Thanks ALL Created at 1:20 PM |
